Sugarcane Sweets Hawaii is a boutique dessert studio in Kāneʻohe, Oʻahu — creating custom sugar cookies, cupcakes, island favorites, and desserts that are freshly made, thoughtfully designed, and full of local flavor.

Founded by Nicole Lee, Sugarcane Sweets Hawaii began with a simple love for baking and a desire to bring more happiness to friends and her beloved ʻohana. As a Hawai‘i cookie artist specializing in hand-decorated sweets, Nicole crafts each order with care — using quality ingredients and a steady hand, whether it’s a set of luxury custom cookies for a baby shower, cupcakes for a birthday, or cakesicles to gift just because.

Each sweet is more than a dessert — it’s a small celebration of the moment. From Windward Oʻahu to Honolulu, our bakes are designed to make people smile, feel loved, and enjoy something beautiful.

From birthday parties and luaus to hospital events and heartfelt gifts, every order is made with aloha, care, and attention to detail — whether it’s a few dozen cookies or over 400.

We’re honored to create custom treats just for you.

A minimum of two dozen cookies or desserts is required per order. Prices vary depending on design and detail. To serve you better, please submit your order at least two weeks in advance.

50% deposit required to confirm your order
Payment accepted: Cash, Venmo, Apple Pay, Major Credit Cards
All items are made to order and final sale
No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once your order is confirmed
Pickup is available in Kāneʻohe, Oʻahu
Delivery or shipping may be available for an additional fee
